- Take out just the roast into a bowl toss the fat and bone. Shred with 2 fork
- Strain the semi cool onion mixture, mix in the 2 tbp of corn starch slowly with a whisk. Heat with medium heat and keep whisking for about 10 min. Cool for it to thicken
