  13. 1 big onion chopped
  14. 1/2 cup capsicum chopped
  15. 1/2 cup cabbage chopped
  16. 1/2 tbsp garlic chopped
  17. 1/2 tbsp ginger chopped
  18. 2 tbsp chopped spring onion
  19. 2 tbsp oil
  20. 1 tbsp soya sauce
  21. 1/2 tbsp green chilli sauce
  22. 1/2 tbsp tomato ketchup
  23. As per taste Salt if needed

  1. First make manchurian balls so, take a bowl, add grated carrot, cabbage, capsicum,green chilli and spring onion followed by 1 teaspoon oil,black pepper powder, maida, cornflour and salt.
  2. Mix all ingredients properly. Prepare small round balls from the mix. Do not add water in the mix for making balls, as water released by vegetables will be enough to bind them. In case mix does not bind properly and small balls cannot be made, add some water in the mixture.
  3. Heat cooking oil in a pan. When oil is hot enough to deep fry, add and deep fry raw balls on medium flame until they turn golden brown.
  4. Drain oil from cooked balls and transfer to kitchen towel.
  5. Now make sauce of it so, heat oil in a kadai on high flame. Add onion, capsicum, cabbage, chopped ginger and chopped garlic and saute for 2-3 minutes or until they become slightly tender.
  6. Add soya sauce, tomato ketchup, green-red chilli sauce and salt if needed,mix well.
  7. Add fried manchurian balls and spring onion. cook on high flame for 1-2 minutes.
  8. Your tasty dry veg manchurian is ready.Serve hot and enjoy.
