- 1/2 packet boiled Hakka noodles
- 2 tbsps corn flour
- 1 tbsps soya sauce
- 1 tbsps red chilli sauce
- 1 tsp black pepper powder
- 1/2 tsp salt
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 1-2 green chillies
- 1 tbsp vinegar
- As required Oil
Steps to make Manchow soup
- Take a bowl transfer roughly chopped vegetables into 4 cups of water and bring one boil on high flame.
- Cook it for 15-20 mins on medium to high flame.
- Now strain the stock and keep it aside.
- Now take a small bowl, add corn flour and 3 tbsp water, mix well and keep aside.
- Now heat up a pan with oil and deep fry the boiled noodles till it turns crispy.
- Now in a pan heat 2 tbsp oil, add ginger garlic and green chillies and sauté them for few seconds.
- Add the chopped vegetables and fry them on high flame.
- After frying them for 2-3 minutes add salt and pepper powder, add prepared stock, soya sauce and red chilli sauce.
- Bring one boil on high flame. (if the mixture becomes too thick you can add water as required).
- Now add 1 tbsp vinegar and add corn flour slurry.
- Cook it on high flame till it get thickens.
- Now turn off the flame.
- Pour it in bowls and put fried noodles on the top and garnish with chopped coriander leaves.
- Now our yummy manchow soup is ready.
