  13. parsley for garnish

Instructions to make Clam Chowder

  1. Saute bacon, onion & green pepper.
  2. Add potato, water or clamp juice, salt and pepper (I always add a little cayenne pepper).
  3. Simmer 10 minutes, or until the potatoes are tender.
  4. Add clams, simmer 8 to 10 minutes.
  5. Add corn and 1/2 & 1/2. Mix flour into milk and stir into mix. Simmer until thickened.
  6. Stir in butter and garnish with parsley.
