- 1 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp chopped garlic
- 1/2 tbsp chopped ginger
- 2 green chillies
- 1 chopped capsicum
- 1 chopped onion
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 1 tsp chilli sauce
- 1 tbsp tomato sauce

Steps to make Chilli Prawn
- Marinate the prawns with lemon juice, salt, soy sauce, chilli sauce, pepper, corn flour and maida. Keep aside for 20 minutes.
- Heat oil in a pan, gently drop the prawns and fry in medium flame until golden brown.
- Heat oil in a wok, add chopped ginger and garlic. Saute for 1 minute.
- Add chopped onion and saute. Add capsicum and saute for 1 minute.
- Add salt, pepper powder, soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato sauce and mix well.
