When you like the flavor, run cold jam through foodmill with 3 mm disc to remove the grapeseeds. Bring jam to boil with 1/4 cup cornstarch clear jel and 2 Tbs lemon juice. Do jam droptest on vertical cold plate with chilled metal teaspoon. If jam doesnt run, cool and store.
